Sales and Service Finance European Partner Organisation Finance Analyst.

Who You’ll Work With

You will partner with the European Partner Organisation and Sales Team. The SSF team is responsible for providing broad financial leadership, commercial analysis, and for promoting a strong compliance focus. The role includes the development of new Route-to-Market analysis to assess and accelerate this area of company focus. In this position you will also partner closely with other finance functions and theatre finance representatives across EMEAR.

What You’ll Do

• Provide impactful financial consultancy & business support to the European Channel Organisation
• Analyse, interpret and support the Various “Route to Market” performance for Bookings, Revenue, Margin and Opex
• Partner with the EMEAR theatres to provide and share financial analysis
• Support and monitor Opex investment to drive productivity and return on investment.
• Contribute to the Annual Planning and Account Planning processes
• Understand and advocate the company’s business and financial priorities
• Oversee and ensure a strong focus on compliance and governance

Who You Are

• You are a motivated and enthusiastic Finance professional who is driven to learn and grow.
• Highly analytical with advanced knowledge of analytical tools and reporting systems.
• You are a dynamic, qualified finance professional with over 5 years’ experience, willing to use your strong influencing skills in a dynamically changing environment
• You have a high attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Innovative, capable of implementing initiatives and driving change.
• Possess an appetite for continuous learning & skills development.
