As a Engineering Team Lead, you will be driving transformation across Credit Suisse, helping teams leverage modern practices and tools as they adopt a DevOps culture. You will be responsible for helping to propose new ideas, influencing the organisation, identifying new Open Source or commercial tools or developing in-house capabilities that help to create the best possible Developer Experience.
