Job Description
Tasks:

• Creating and maintaining positive employer image (especially among IT specialists).
• Shaping candidate and employee experience.
• Managing recruitment marketing.
• Acting as a national consultant for employer branding, recruitment tools and diversity.
• Collaborating closely with recruitment team, communication and other departments.
• Ability to shape company that was awarded Great Place To Work, Best Workplaces, Employer.
• Branding Star and EBEA honorable mention.

Qualifications
Profile:

• Fluent Polish and English speaker (ability to create content in Polish and English).
• Soft skills at a high level, especially communication and facilitation.
• Analytical mind with strategic approach.
• Experience in employer branding (especially in IT or technological companies).
• Knowledge of leadership and culture shaping mechanisms.
• Experience in coordinating branding events (f.e. job fairs, hackathons).
• Sense of humor, creativity, agility, openness to people and experiences.
