Employer Brand Coordinator, Senior Associate

Are you passionate about social media, recruitment marketing and storytelling? Would you like to be responsible for the design, development and execution of the global recruitment marketing strategies for the world’s leading provider of financial services? Join State Street’s Talent Acquisition team, drive campaigns and projects that improve the candidate experience with a focus on attracting a diverse talent pool.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements or fully remotely from home within the Poland area

What you will be responsible for

As an Employer Brand Coordinator you will:

  • Manage the employer brand activity across Poland, India and China, developing campaigns to promote the business departments and locations
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing ensuring campaigns are compliant with brand guidelines
  • Manage global virtual career fair booth requirements, attending fairs when required
  • Work with TA marketing suppliers on day to day operational requirements including resume database license allocations, reporting and job posting issue resolution
  • Online Reputation Management including monitoring perceptions and conversations, responding proactively seizing opportunities to boost the company reputation through particular job boards
  • Work with business areas to develop content and upload to careers site blog pages
  • Support the updates and content changes within the careers site
  • Manage the careers site contact us mailbox
  • Work within the CRM tool to deliver marketing mailshots
  • Create and generate the TA monthly newsletter
  • Ad hoc brand campaign creation, development and implementation as required
  • Act as an ambassador for the employer brand

What we value:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Glassdoor, etc.).
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and candidate behaviour across various functions, regions and diverse talent pools
  • Product strategy, client management, social media & community management, employment branding, talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled at working in both entrepreneurial and large corporate settings to achieve successful results.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a brand or marketing admin/coordinator role
  • Ability to work independently and creatively on campaign materials
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong Microsoft office skills with the ability to create reporting and presentation materials
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity
