The Financial Shared Service (FSS) organization provides a consistent interface to the business and integrated management of services regardless of traditional functional boundaries. The AP role requires a variety of clerical accounting functions such as coding and entering A/P and PO invoices into local accounting systems, preparing accounts payable batches, calculating and verifying amounts, and posting transactions to accounts. The role typically requires a minimum of two to four years of accounting experience. In order to apply accounting principles and handle work that is analytical, evaluative, and advisory in nature and that requires an understanding of both basic accounting practices and procedures. Professionals are expected to have the ability to pay attention to detail and process a high volume of data. They are generally in daily communication with cross functional internal teams and third party suppliers.
You will be part of a dynamic team, with many years’ experiences which was created to drive the future of small entity and acquisition accounts payable in alignment with the global AP vision. Joining this team will offer challenges to the candidate to influence and inspire our business partner collaboration.
Experienced AP processor, passionate about the role who understands the concepts and the process flow related to AP. Enjoy working within a team with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver them independently in an organized manner. You will Interact with different stakeholders in a remote / virtual and face-to-face environment to request or provide any information as required.
