Junior research consultant for IT and non-IT positions

(part – time possible)

We are looking for a capable, self – contained and motivated candidate to extend and strengthen our team in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities:

• Searching and initial assessment of candidates
• Assisting in executive search and recruitment projects

Requirements:

• Min. high school
• Previous experience in HR/recruitment (research / search in HR agency)
• Background or basic knowledge of IT is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills
• Communicative level of English, fluent Polish is a must
• Knowledge of Czech language is an advantage
• Business mindset
• Results oriented
• Energetic and positive personality with high professional and social performance
• Team spirit, team player essential
