Digital Marketing Analyst

Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for maintenance & development of our webites in the Americas region. She/he acts as a consultant & point of contact for Marketing & other business lines in terms of web related matters. In this role you will own your projects end-to-end – from discussing needs with the business owner to implementation the changes in the web content management system.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about web and can help take our web presence the next level. This individual will work in a fast-paced America’s ex-US regional digital team, maintaining websites across audiences to support our ongoing online presence in the region. The jobholder will be responsible for understanding and executing defined business objectives and requirements, using organization skills, systems and defined processes to post content to the web and identify potential business or technology issues with requests, across each country in our jurisdiction including Canada (EN and FR), Mexico, Brazil and other parts of South America.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Building & maintaining web pages using dedicated CMS system
• You’ll take ownership of day-to-day web tasks and operational requests. These requests include text changes, file uploads, recurring website updates, ad-hoc content requests, page builds, troubleshooting and regular web content publishing responsibilities
• Collaborating with other Marketing team members on timelines and status updates
• Performing page revisions and component testing
• Coordinating the translation process of the web pages
• Troubleshooting web issues & collaborating with IT team to solve them
• Providing guidance to other marketing team members on web project
• Project management of new web page builds

We are looking for candidates who:

• 3+ year experience in website maintenance and production
• understanding of Content Management Systems and application to content production environment
• Familiar with current trends in websites creation
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Very good command of English
• Strong project management skills
• Solid problem-solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning
• Has strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently to assess user requests and execute within set standards, processes, and timelines
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment and work under pressure
• Experience working within a virtual/international team environment desired.
• Experience in the digital marketing field desired
