An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role where you will be using data to drive and improve KPI’s, SLA’s and OLA’s relevant to our support organisation leveraging tools Alteryx and Tableau.
Ownership of existing reports, providing support for user queries and change requests.
Development of new reports for example license and usage report for AppDynamics monitoring tool
Engagement with wider Credit Suisse reporting teams for consolidation of reports through Credit Suisse portal.
You will be confident talking to users to gather reporting and visualisation requirements, as well as presenting and explaining data back to the users. You will need the ability to work with different data sources for example files, from databases via SQL queries and / or through API’s.
Growth potential – the role has lots of potential to grow, for example becoming an AppDynamics support engineer and/or implementation of SRE principles such as automating resolution of application alerts and manual support tasks.
You will become part of the wider Operations Technology L2 support function. This is a global team located in Raleigh, Pune, Singapore and Poland, providing follow the sun support for 500+ applications. Operations Technology provides support for all areas of securities and cash trade confirmation, matching and settlement, reconciliation of statements and ledgers, asset servicing and reference data.
