Your Role and Responsibilities

Team within the Chief Information Security Office to enable Kyndryls to develop, build and comply with policy, act in Kyndryl’s best interests and be the first line of defense against cyber attacks. Collaborate across Kyndryl, including the CIO organization, Data Privacy, Legal, and the Security and Resiliency practice area to enable the Enterprise. Respond to stakeholders requests through multiple channels. As a Cyber Security Organizational Change professional, you will identify and create the necessary communications campaigns and education plans to support Kyndryl’s Chief Information Security Office (CISO) goals and requirements. You will team with other members of the Governance, Risk and Compliance group , as well as collaborate across the CISO, CIO and the Security and Resiliency practice area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cybersecurity organizational change plans
• Collaborate with and develop knowledge of Kyndryl stakeholder groups and their cyber security requirements
• Identify common stakeholder communication needs and requirements to leverage across the organization (e.g., common questions and answers for stakeholder groups)
• Identify digestible communication vehicles to improve cyber security understanding, its application and day-to-day compliance
• Review, engage and participate in existing internal communication vehicles with an understanding of industry best practices and Kyndryl policies and proceedures (e.g., Teams Chat, Yammer channels)
• Create Publisher/Sharepoint pages as appropriate
• Work with SMEs to develop content for education courses
• Participate in the planning and execution of the annual Cyberaecurity Awareness Month
• Participate in the assessment and refinement of Kyndryl’s Cybersecurity education and communication approach and execution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong analytical, quality control, project management, and communication skills
• Significant experience collaborating across organizations
• Ability to work independently, but as part of a team toward common goals
• Customer service orientation (starting with yes)
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to respond quickly during Cyber alerts.
• Experience communicating with global team
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 toolsuite & collaboration tools – Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
• Experience with communication plans, campaign development and’ execution
• Understanding of organizational change principles

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Extensive knowledge of Kyndryl organization, company matrix and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to execute organizational change programs
Ability to create documentation to understand roles, responsibilities, processes and actions
Experience delivering security services, such as patching, security health checking, identity and access management
