An outstanding opportunity to join the System Reliability Engineering team (SRE) within the Cyber Security organization. The candidate will largely be responsible for execution and reporting on a defined set of day-to-day operational tasks in support of a variety of Cyber Security tools. Remaining duties will include participation in the automation of these tasks in order to improve various metrics.
The SRE team’s primary responsibility is the effective day-to-day operation of the various tools used to ensure the safety of the Credit Suisse environment. The automation of these tasks is intended to improve the performance of the task in some way, such as reduced error rate, reduced time spent on executing the task, reduction in manual steps, or improvement in timely execution of the task. This is a global team and System Reliability Engineers collaborate with teams in all regions and across multiple time zones within Credit Suisse.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
We are looking for an entry level IT professional who can monitor ticket queues and dashboards, and execute timely responses. The role will require outstanding communication skills to work in close collaboration between engineers, end users and management stakeholders. Experience in both windows and Linux is a plus.
