We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a member of the newly formed CISO Tools & Technology team to support the harmonization and optimization of a holistic, bank wide GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) service. Joining the team, you will have an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact on the way how the bank manages and governs IT risks and controls.
Together with your colleagues, you will be instrumental in helping the bank build, embed and sustain the required capabilities that enable effective and efficient IT risk management thanks to a modern, state of the art GRC service. The CISO Tools & Technology GRC Product Owner will report into the Tools & Technology Lead and be responsible for partnering with CISO and IT Risk & Control service owners as well as technology leaders to support in designing and delivering an effective corporate-wide and customer-cantered GRC service. You will evaluate, plan and prioritize of GRC tools and technology improvements and requested enhancements. You will be also responsible for driving and overseeing of the business requirements engineering capability for in-scope IT Risk & Control services by analysing, documenting, life-cycle coordination and translation into functional and non-functional requirements. You will collaborate with IT Delivery areas to support planning and coordination of dependencies and to ensure that GRC services are designed in the best quality according to business priorities, regulatory and internal requirements, and industry standards.
