As a Cyber Awareness and Culture Assistant, you will support the Global Cyber Awareness and Culture team in day-to-day activities as required. Providing communications support, including coordinating approvals and translations, building presentations and other publishing support as needed – ensuring adherence to corporate branding guidelines). Managing the Training and Awareness global mailbox and content management for various channels; team intranet, SharePoint, and other content sites. Providing training support, including scheduling, logistics support, and reporting. Researching the latest threats and security trends as input into training and awareness campaigns. Developing new or identifying existing internal communication opportunities. Assisting with the coordination of the Cyber Ambassadors’ Network and providing support, as well as, collaborating and coordinating with multiple business divisions globally.
Global Cyber Awareness and Culture is responsible for communicating in a timely manner and by multiple channels (eLearning, intranet, internal communications, face-to-face sessions, town halls, events, newsletters etc.) the risks and responsibilities we all face, primarily in terms of cyber and information security and to make sure staff understand the processes and systems to ensure the bank can provide high quality services to clients and internal stakeholders, understand how we all have a role in managing risk, understand how to report and escalate incidents quickly, how to protect sensitive information and data from unauthorized access or loss and understanding and complying with policies. Our audience is wide ranging and will include new joiners to the Board of Directors, those with no cyber and information risk understanding through to subject matter experts.
