Who we are looking for

The goal of the Corporate Functions Business Resilience program is to work with the various Corporate Functions (CF) Risk Units to identify and mitigate operational resilience risk. The Business Resilience Analyst will be working as a member of a centralized team, that reports to the Corporate Functions Head of Business Resilience. Understanding the concepts of resilience and risk are key to being effective. The role will require strong organizational skills, with the ability and agility to execute on multiple projects and initiatives at simultaneously. Knowledge of Recovery and Resolution Planning, Service Level Agreements, and resilience concepts are desired.

What you will be responsible for

As a Business Resilience Analyst you will:

• Manage the data reconciliation and reporting for the Recovery and Resolution Planning program (RRP) for CF Risk Units
• Monitor the inventory of material Service Level Agreements for CF Risk Units, triggering reviews and execution by the business when necessary
• Make necessary changes to respective inventories when an exception is identified
• Participate in regular meetings with other RRP contacts and Functional Area Leads
• Prepare reporting regularly to evidence conformance with program controls
• Work closely with team members on various resilience related data projects and reporting
