Compensation Consultant, Senior Associate

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills who will join Total Rewards Team. In this role, you will report to Vice President Total Rewards based in Poland and you primary focus will be providing analysis, reports and support to Total Rewards Teams in US and EMEA.

What you will be responsible for:

As Compensation Consultant you will:

  • Support Total Rewards Teams in US and EMEA by providing compensation analysis and reports on regular basis / on request;
  • Deal with day-to-day compensation transactions in Workday;
  • Provide operational support in annual pay cycles, bonus awards and other incentive plans;
  • Assist in annual compensation benchmarking surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis of results for US and EMEA region;
  • Identify inefficiencies in work processes and proactively provide recommendations for corrective action.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience with minimum 2 years in a related function;
  • Fluency in English is a must;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
