Job Description

You will work in User Experience and Communication Team. We are a part of “Service Area Global Information Systems and Services”, where we develop multiple products and solutions for Robert Bosch business units worldwide. Because of the complexity of our organization, we must make sure that we provide best-quality internal communication. As community manager and communication specialist you will:

• Develop, set-up and maintain communities. Act as networker, community moderator, content creator
• Create a communication strategy for internal communities, products, services, and initiatives and implement it, as well as adjust to changing circumstances, priorities etc.
• Manage a communication platform Robert Bosch worldwide considering the various target groups (users, management, stakeholders)
• Create concepts, design, and realize appealing, lively, and dialogue-oriented campaigns using online media, print media, IT internal communication on our internal platforms, online and offline events, newsletters, presentation templates, branding material etc.
• Plan and implement events – both online and on site together with the functional coordinator, in Warsaw and other locations (e.g., in Germany)
• Analyze / measure the perception of messages and media among the target groups, measure KPI, track and assure evolution of community activity

Qualifications
Profile:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Good skills of networks and in networking
• Confident appearance at all hierarchy levels and contact skills
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach
• Creativity, constantly looking for ideas
• Initiative and strong commitment regarding social media and passion for digital collaboration
• Social competence, moderation, and conflict resolution skills
• Willing to travel (during pandemic we avoid travelling, but we can expect to get back to travelling, once it is over)

Experience and know-how:

• Several years of professional experience in the field of community management, communication, and event planning
• Writing skills, ability to write posts, newsletters, reports
• Knowledge in adoption of digital collaboration processes and tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point)
• Is a plus: Graphical and animation skills (proved by samples of work)

Languages:

• High level English language proficiency is required, both oral and written; proficiency in German is a plus
