Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Chatbot Developer to work in a fast-paced exciting environment on the leading edge of IT technology and Artificial Intelligence in the financial industry. The role is within the Cognitive and Automation Platforms organization that offers an end-to-end service in the development and implementation of the Amelia (cognitive virtual agent / Chatbot) service to the firm. Your future responsibilities will include:

• Develop/Configure/Test new Chatbot workflows or enhance existing conversations by creating/updating flows, integrations, and entities to make a chatbot continuously more effective
• Develop and maintain quantitative key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the chatbot
• Create and maintain documentation on conversation flows, architecture design, API integration, development, deployment, etc.
• Develop a DevOps pipeline to automate build, test, and deployment
• Work with other product team members using Agile methodology
• Communicate technical design, implementation issues, risks clearly and precisely

Your future colleagues

This role is within the Cognitive Implementation team that is comprised of developers, integration, and user experience experts. The role provided here will report into the Cognitive Implementation manager and will provide process design expertise and engineering of Amelia’s interactions with end users. Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

• Ability to work in client facing roles
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language such as JavaScript, Python, or groovy scripting
• Ability to work with regular expressions
• Understanding and ability to read and create flow-diagrams
• Restful API capabilities
• Java or integration experience a plus
• DevOps experience setting up CD/CI tooling and testing workflows a plus
