SUB IT is front running agile adoption within the Bank. Value Based Steering has become the focus, applying agile financial principles to support our organization in its agile journey. The new function Capacity Management, as part of the SUB IT COO organization, enables the success of the organization by governing the financial framework. The core mandate is managing IT capacity financials (budgets, actuals, and forecasts) and allocations and drive related processes in close collaboration with stakeholders within business and IT.

Your skills and experience

The Capacity Manager function is a role with exposure across IT and Business. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of topics and drive the continuous development of our agile journey.

• For this position, you are best equipped with:
• University degree with a focus on Controlling / Financial Management
• Outstanding communication skills, an appreciation for building and maintaining sustainable stakeholder relations
• Proficient conceptual skills and solution orientation
• Good comprehension of the Business Management / Financial Controlling function
• A good understanding of the IT development process
• Strong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access), experience with CA Clarity landscape and Resource Forecasting principles are beneficial
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
