Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Business Project Manager to manage /handle end-to-end business projects for digital marketing applications with partners from all parts of the company. In your role you run several projects of varying size to help our marketing and business organizations to deliver excellence every day. You work closely with internal IT as part of an agile development framework and are the link between development and business representatives, enabling all to work together towards their common goals.

The Team consists of project managers working in a virtual setup across two locations (Wroclaw and Zurich). This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

• Higher education or degree in business, economics, banking, IT or the sciences
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience preferably in the financial industry, ideally a combination process/project management and change management
• Understanding of software delivery management and state of art software methodologies
• You are effective in anticipating and understanding stakeholder expectations and to ensure requirements are always met
• You feel comfortable to manage (agile) projects in a global environment and to work within a dynamic team
• SaaS, PaaS, RPA, Marketing Automation and Digitalization are not only buzzwords for you. You are familiar with digital technologies, platforms and concepts.
• Adobe Experience Cloud know-how would be a strong asset
• Outstanding communication skills with high level of English; other languages are a plus. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
