Your Role and Responsibilities

We require a Business Operations & Change Specialist at Kyndryl that will support the Kyndryl Enterprise (Internal) ServiceNow Platform Lead to create and deliver strategies and plans which maximise the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Creation and maintenance of KPI’s Metrics scorecards in support of the daily operations and strategy of the Kyndryl Enterprise ServiceNow platform
  • Mobilizing and facilitating champions communities to drive engagement
  • Stakeholder identification, mapping and analysis
  • Creation and delivery of ServiceNow specific communications channels (ServiceNow, Sharepoint, Yammer etc)
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Developing and driving ServiceNow training strategies and plans
  • Creation and delivery of ServiceNow specific training content
  • Leveraging ServiceNow functionality to drive business readiness
  • Support benefits mapping and realization
  • Support Stakeholders with business readiness activities
  • Leveraging ServiceNow functionality to drive and track adoption

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3 – 5 years minimum in:

  • Involvement in complex programmes of change
  • Supporting detailed change impact assessments
  • Experience developing and executing business change strategies and plans for benefits, communication, engagement, training, business readiness and adoption.
  • Communication and training content design and delivery
  • Facilitation of champions forums / change networks

Involved In:

  • End to end change strategy and delivery plan
  • Change Impact Assessments
  • Champions / Change Network
  • Management of key stakeholders

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

ServiceNow technical knowledge

Required Education

High School Diploma/GED
