SUB IT is front running agile adoption within the Bank. A SUB MC approved initiative, the AURORA Program, continuous to evolve our organization to an agile delivery structure; it has set itself ambitious targets to further realize efficiencies whilst increasing the speed and quality of delivery and improve employee engagement. In 2021 a shift in perspective took place and Value Based Steering has become the focus, applying agile finance principles to support our organization in its agile journey. The new function Capacity Management, as part of the SUB IT COO, enables the success of the organization by governing the financial framework. The core mandate is managing IT capacity financials (budgets, actuals, and forecasts) and allocations and drive related processes in close collaboration with partners within business and IT.

The Capacity Manager function is a role with exposure across IT and Business. In this role you will be responsible for managing the capacity of the SUB IT organization effectively. You will also help to further enhance the framework for capacity management and steering. Further you have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of topics and drive the continuous development of our agile journey.
