Who are we?

We are the EMEAR Analytics & Insights team, reporting into the VP of EMEAR Go-to-market, Strategy & Operations. Our mandate is to enable a rapid shift towards a data-driven decision-making culture across the sales organization by delivering digital insights and analytics at scale and embedding them in people’s everyday activities.

We partner with all teams, including Sales, Strategy & Planning, Customer Experience, Partner organisations, Engineering, and Finance, and leverage internal and external data sources to build a view of the health, strengths, and gaps in our business, allowing our sales leaders to drive consistent and effective decision making at scale.

What will you do?

In your role, you will work in partnership with senior members of the team on specific projects in one or more of our core areas of expertise:

• Creating lean information architecture and robust data foundations to deliver best data quality and user experience for critical sales processes
• Designing, Developing, and Maintaining a robust source of business & market intelligence tools that serves as a single source of truth for EMEAR sales reporting & business reviews
• Building advanced analytics and scenario modelling to identify key business opportunities/ threats and recommend novel strategic solutions
• Providing data intelligence for piloting new Go-To-Market models

Who are you?

You are result oriented with a “data mind-set”, interested in working with a hugely diverse team. You have skills from some of the below (not necessarily all), but most importantly you would like to develop in these areas to define your future career.

• You have a background in STEM or Business Administration
• You are an enthusiastic team player with positive can-do attitude
• You are proactive and never wait for a challenge, you seek them
• You are patient, assertive and able to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines
• You have basic or intermediate proficiency level on one or more of SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI and are eager to learn more
• Machine Learning/Data Science knowledge is not mandatory, but a plus
• You have a good understanding of key financial concepts (e.g. Revenue, OpEx, Margin, Discount, etc.)
• You are open to new challenges that pushes you out of your comfort zone.
