Associate Insights Analyst

The Capital Market Insights Group (CMIG) partners with researchers, marketers, and content creators worldwide in the development and execution of promotional strategies and external communications.

The group specializes in offering an in-depth research, consultation, and bespoke data-driven content development service. Our primary research areas include economic, capital, and product markets. interactive data visualization services.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and analyzing financial data extracted from leading financial applications to developing illustrative content for use in marketing materials. Applications used include
• Macrobond, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Thompson Reuters, Bloomberg and financial/economic websites (training provided)
• Originating investment and financial content rooted in quantitative theory and rigor
• Researching and analyzing financial websites to obtain appropriate statistics
• Implementing scalable solutions using database structures, data mining techniques and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Providing direct support and assistance to our global business partners
• Working with members of our global teams across Poland and USA
• Implementing technology solutions
• Working on projects

We are looking for candidates who:

• Educational background in finance/econometrics
• Mix of financial knowledge and technical skills
• 1-3 of work experience in the Mutual Fund/Financial Services Industry/Research Environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Prior experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx) will be an asset
• Ability to work on multiple deadline-oriented tasks
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and self-develop (e.g. studying towards CFA® designation)
• Comfortable working in a global environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills – good command of English.
