Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Incident handling and providing L2/L3 support and maintenance of selected application
• Translate customer requirements into given design framework and write configuration logic
• Create/maintain document generation templates and product models using provided tools
• Actively contribute to sprint releases by involving in testing, preparing necessary documentation as required by quality processes
• Effectively manage all aspects of project, including customer and key user communication

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Familiar with Object Oriented concepts and knowledge of JavaScript
• Refined ability to understand and assess business processes
• Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Knowledge of Tacton CPQ would be an added advantage
