An outstanding opportunity to join the Chief Compliance Officer Division, as we are looking for a passionate individual to join the Anti-Fraud Compliance team in Wroclaw. You will be responsible for evolving variety of tasks, including, but not limited to supporting the development of the Anti-Fraud Program. This task will include supporting the development and implementation of Anti-Fraud global communications awareness and training strategy, development of training packages (e.g. online content, Powerpoint, other media) to be delivered to partners; developing and drafting of methodologies across the Bank, by supporting and challenging the Business Units on fraud detection and prevention; supporting Anti-Fraud policy framework through monitoring of regulatory trends, assist in implementation efforts (e.g. FAQs, detailed guidance, policy alerts and awareness provided to Business Units) and overall administration and periodic reviews of relevant policies. The role will include gathering of relevant fraud intelligence, assessing and providing interpretations of elevated threats, and staying abreast of Anti-Fraud policy developments and enforcement trends; developing a fraud threat library, controls matrix and inventory to support risk assessments to mitigate the functional risks relevant to the Anti-Fraud group; participating in global and regional governance forums and managing the output, tracking actions.
You will become a member of an international team and receive close insights into a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered, as well as how risks are measured. You will join a team which supports the implementation of the Credit Suisse Anti-Fraud Program globally. We have a physical presence of 5 people in Wroclaw, you would join this diverse team in the evolving Compliance Officer role.
