Your field of responsibility:

Join us as a Senior Analytics Delivery Lead to help build and develop the Group Operations Solutions (GOS) Analytics organization in Poland and partner globally with various Operations function to deliver business reporting and advanced analytics to our end-users. A strategic opportunity to analyze, design, model and develop analytics in a global bank across multiple products such as research, sales, equities, mortgage, bond, foreign exchanges etc. Join us in driving the target state of analytics architecture by collaborating with domain and technical architects to formulate and implement advanced analytics strategy including predictive analytics using Machine Learning.

Your future colleagues:

You will join GOS Analytics team which serves Group Operations end-users with timely, accurate and reliable enterprise wide analytics applications designed in Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Python, React, Angular etc. GOS Analytics provides the business reporting and advanced analytics solutions to Group Operations to effectively manage day-to-day Operations of Credit Suisse, globally. Your skills and experience:

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

• Degree or higher education in Information Technology or equivalent work experience (or equivalent).
• Experience of at least 7 to 10 years in IT including project management and 3+ years of building enterprise analytical solutions.
• Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence Architecture, IT Solution Architecture and User Experience.
• Evidence of the concepts, structure and characteristics of PySpark / SparkSQL / Hive / Impala in creating complex queries for data extraction, transformation and enrichment.
• Experience in developing enterprise applications using DevOps practices such as Docker, Jenkins, Salt, Python etc. is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in English and professional communication enable you to build strong relations and collaborate with your diverse partners.
