Analyst in Investment Accounting

As an Analyst in Investment Accounting – Recon Funds you will be responsible for daily reconciliations and accounting of transactions in various types of international investment funds. You will also be responsible for performing some monthly and periodic reconciliations and preparing reports.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Booking transactions and performing reconciliations between internal systems and bank statements.
• Checking the integrity of data reflected in internal systems in order to identify potential discrepancies.
• Completing reconciliations of various types of financial assets (equities, bonds, term loans etc.).
• Working on reconciliation breaks with internal partners and external custodian banks.
• Responding to internal and external queries in a timely manner, providing clients with accurate data.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly metrics and reporting.
• Working in an international environment where English is the primary language used in systems and e-mails

We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Relevant work experience viewed favorably.
• Good with numbers and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
