Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as Access Management and Automation Specialist in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Provisioning Operations team. You’d be responsible for end user support for Access Requests, Recertifications, Identity and Access Management Automation platforms. Be responsible for security management of Directory Services – maintenance of accounts, groups in accordance with standards and policies. Participate in operational testing of enhancements and new features of IAM platforms in UAT environment. Support and execute PROD releases of IAM applications. Get a chance to develop technical skills in Active Directory, UNIX, analysis and solution design.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization within Enterprise & Security Services is responsible for the design and delivery of the key services related to the management of identities, and the safeguarding of access to critical digital assets. IAM organization is globally distributed across our Wroclaw, Warsaw, London, Zurich, Singapore and Raleigh offices, and it has a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere. Your skills and experience

We’re looking for experienced IT support specialists with:

• Minimum 2 years demonstrable proficiency in Identity and Access Management area or other IT Support teams
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and MSSQL language
• Fluent English with outstanding communication skills in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic scripting skills in one from the following: PowerShell, C#, .NET, Bash is a plus
• Detailed understanding of the purpose of local security
• Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager or other Identity Management products Is a plus
