Daily activities

We are looking for talented senior engineer who will take leading role in one of Krakow 5G test teams.

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and planning work for group of 3-5 testers
• Preparation and execution of Test Plan in line with Master Test Strategy
• Creation of Test Strategy document
• Performing risk analysis in Software testing area
• Analyze features with respect to end-to-end purpose and functionality
• Design test cases and test scenarios based on requirements specifications
• Integrate and verify features in a customer-close, end-to-end test lab with real equipment environment
• Automate test cases for regression tests to ensure high product quality
• Trouble-shoot SW bugs by proper pre-analysis of the faults, deliver traces and log files and verifying the fixes delivered by development
• Support demos, customer trials and pilots for your testing area

• 5G/4G Radio Access Networks
• 3GPP Specification
• Python, Robot Framework
• Unix
• OpenStack

Our expectations:

• Good technical background in telecommunications (wireless or fixed networks), system and network test processes, test environment setup and debugging methods
• Knowledge of 4G/5G standard
• Programming skills for test automation are desired e.g. Python, Bash, Robot
• Proven ability to work with others to meet common objectives
• Able to work in a changing environment and able to adapt with these changes
• Excellence in: Planning, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Excellent Operations and Maintenance skills
• Can identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes
• Takes initiative to creatively resolve issues and find solutions
• Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent education
